SILENCE rental cancellations are subject to our cancellation and refund policy. Because equipment is reserved and shipping schedules are planned in advance, all rental payments are generally non-refundable once paid.

Can I Cancel My Silent Disco Rental?

Yes, you may cancel your rental before equipment has shipped by providing written notice at least 48 hours before shipment.

While cancellations are permitted before shipment, rental payments are non-refundable. In some situations, SILENCE may offer a credit toward a future rental at its sole discretion.

Can I Receive a Credit for a Future Event?

If a cancellation occurs before equipment ships, SILENCE may choose to issue a future rental credit instead of a refund.
